The Webonboarding team will be showing how technology is transforming the onboarding process at the inaugural CIPD Festival of Work event.
The prestigious business show, organised by CIPD, is bringing together people professionals, development experts and business leaders to explore, debate and celebrate the world of work.
More than 7,000 visitors are expected for the two-day event which takes place within the Victorian splendour of the Grand Hall at the Olympia London venue.
Webonboarding will be featured as part of the Innovation Village area, with visitors able to get first-hand demonstrations of the benefits delivered by switching to a cloud-based onboarding solution.
Benefits of automated onboarding
It’s estimated that more than two-thirds (68 percent) of businesses currently use traditional communication methods to manage onboarding, with HR teams having to post paper documents to successful candidates.
Webonboarding provides a paperless solution, removing the inefficiency and compliance risks caused by outdated paper-based processes and providing a fast, streamlined and automated solution.
The features of Webonboarding include:
- Fast and flexible cloud based software
- Digital signing of new starter documents
- Improved new starter engagement/experience
Webonboarding will be among the 300 exhibitors taking part in the Festival of Work with Garry Kasparov, Chess Grandmaster and Chair of the Human Rights Foundation, heading up an impressive line-up of more than 160 speakers.
