The global HR problems companies face when handling new hires was the theme for a webonboarding presentation at the HRSS 2018 event.
The presentation at the CIPD HR Software and Recruitment Show provided an opportunity to share some of the knowledge and expertise webonboarding has acquired while helping businesses to streamline their HR processes.
The seminar, delivered by webonboarding’s Tom Price, included in-depth analysis of the company’s recent research work into global onboarding issues.
In 2017, the company commissioned a major survey of more than 4,000 employees, with the data helping to highlight some core problems with traditional approaches to onboarding.
For most businesses, this critical part of the HR process is still handled via a mixture of phone calls, emails and paperwork with employee information becoming dangerously scattered across an organisation.
Webonboarding is a cloud-based system to allow all of the information that needs to be exchanged between HR, hiring managers and onboardees to be handled via simple and efficient automated processes.
Alongside the presentation, the webonboarding team were kept busy during the bustling two-day event with a flow of visitors to the company’ stand looking to find out know more about the innovative cloud-based system.
As well as hands-on demonstrations of the software, there was the opportunity to raid a free pick-and-mix sweet stall, highlighting a ‘sweeter’ way to manage new hires.
Webonboarding provides a smarter way to bring new employees into your business - reducing admin time, boosting efficiency and improving employee engagement.
